• Standard minimum rental period of 2 nights applicable
• 3 nights minimum rental period applicable during Whale Festival
• 3 nights minimum rental period applicable during Easter
• 5 nights minimum rental period applicable during Festive Season

Rates Terms and Conditions

• Our stated rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings are not subject to any increases.
• 50% deposit is payable upon booking.
• If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
